As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.

The DepEd Mission


To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where: Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment. Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner. Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen. Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-long learners.

Tibag High School Offerings

Humanities and Social Sciences

One of the strands offered under the Academic Track, that focuses on the liberal arts and social sciences. Indulging every student to become socially aware of their environment. A strand that will give them an overview of what they will take part in their higher education.



Accountancy, Business and Management

One of the strands offered under the Academic Track, that is designed for students who are interested in business, finance, entrepreneurship, and accounting. It prepares students for business-related college courses and careers. It covers basic concepts in business and management, accounting, finance, economics, and marketing.



Electrical Installation and Maintenance

Trains students in domestic refrigeration and air conditioning servicing, transmission line installation and maintenance, and electrical installation and maintenance. Completing the EIM course prepares students to take TESDA certification exams, opening opportunities in the electrical and trades industries.



Home Economics

One of the strands offered under the Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Track. HE offers various specializations that can lead to livelihood projects at home. This strand aims to give you job-ready skills that can help you in finding the right employment. Subjects in the Home Economics strand can also lead to National certifications based on TESDA standards.



Information Communications and Technology

One of the strands offered under the Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Track. ICT strand subjects seek to teach students concepts and skills in information technology. Under the ICT curriculum, students will learn how to write programs and design websites. This will also help them hone their skills in animation and illustration, which will help them thrive in the creative field. Aside from these, the ICT strand will also cover telecom installation and medical transcription.



Shielded Metal Arc Welding

One of the strands offered under the Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Track. This strand involves learning the basics of welding metals, including techniques, procedures, and safe welding practices.
